I Do 05:09
I see you jumping, dancing on a tight rope. We’re dancing over a void; we’re grasping to a bridge of hope. Our veins are the ropes, our bones are the boards, and we’re slowly slipping through the cracks, so you better sing louder— sing your mantra to the moon! (Dee dee dee dee) Your song is the only thing that will pull me up. My song is the only thing, will make you want to sing. Don’t you dare try to play a game, when our lives are hanging. So let me look through the glass— open your window, let me see the birds. Do I wanna risk it? Cause she makes me feel alright… Do I wanna go out on a limb? Do I wanna risk it? Pull back the drapes? And scare the birds? cause I can’t say it with words… I do; I do, I do, I do I do. I do see you, babe seeing lights in my eyes; they’re for you. I do hear the sound of tonight. (ay) Do I wanna risk it? Pull back the drapes? Scare the birds? Do I wanna risk it? I do; I do, I do, I do.

Nothing can explain the way you made me feel. You were like a spirit I am not sure was real. Better than a kiss, every time you sang to my soul... how I miss, miss, miss, you so; miss, miss, miss you so! Oh no one will say it how you said it. No, no, I don't think it will happen again. Once in a while, an angel will come to you. Singing every song that you need to hear. When she comes to you, I hope you're ready; you won't be the same again. No, you won't be the same.

about

This is a compilation of recent music by Grey, most of which was previously released on the SoundCloud platform.
It does include some "lost," deleted, edited, and remixed tracks, which can't be found anywhere else on the Internet.

Secret Bonus Tracks are there, if you download the full album--however, for convenience and time, all tracks are available for individual DL. Fair warning! A lot of them are $1. But please feel free to click through the tracks--check if your favorite one is FREE! Odds are, it is!

The "album" is not mastered, so please expect some varying levels. It is, frankly, a hodge-podge, fly-by-night, raw, and diverse collection, although it has more of the well-polished tracks towards the beginning. It only loosely reflects the chronological order that these pieces were first published.

GBF: So basically, this is not a formal album, BUT it represents a HUGE amount of my time. I hope that my SC people will enjoy hearing tunes that disappeared from the artist page, and also I hope that it explains, to my friends, what has been taking up all my time these days. ha! I deeply appreciate any and all support as I move on towards more fulfilling musical experiences. And I can't wait to share them with you. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LISTENING!!!

GreymanFreeboy New Haven, Connecticut

A multi-instrumentalist and producer, Grey has been playing music since the age of 6. His style is heavily shaped by the discipline of drumming for dance classes, and gigging with all types of musicians in exploratory environments. He continues to seek out badder, nastier, groovier, chunkier, and generally more textured musical experiences, and can't wait to share them with you. THANK YOU. <3 ... more
